About the Role

Our prestige client is seeking a Junior Process Business Analyst with expertise in Atlassian Jira to join their team. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system requirements for the Jira configuration team, collaborating closely with the Jira configuration team and business stakeholders to implement necessary business changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into system requirements for Jira configuration.
  • Analyse current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate signoff on business requirements specifications.
  • Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Jira configuration from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Manage testing activities and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinate with development teams to implement Jira solutions and integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Jira usage.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira – it would be highly advantageous if the candidate is familiar with high-level configuration, customisation, and administration processes within Jira Software and Jira Service Desk.
