Job Overview: The Junior Designer supports the Head of Design and the broader design team in creating visually engaging content across the agencys client portfolio. This entry-level position focuses primarily on basic, static design work such as resizing, formatting, and producing simple creative assets that adhere to client brand guidelines. This role is ideal for a young creative professional looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment while developing their technical design skills and understanding of brand application. Collaborates With: Designers and Senior Designers for creative direction and support Social Media, Search and Client Service teams for campaign and content delivery Focus Areas: Production of basic, static design assets with low CI complexity Accurate implementation of existing design templates and brand guidelines Developing foundational creative and technical design skills Meeting turnaround times and maintaining consistent quality Key Responsibilities: Design Production Create and adapt basic static design assets such as social media posts, banners, internal graphics, and digital templates. Apply existing brand guidelines (CI) accurately and consistently across all creative materials. Prepare, resize, and format artwork for different platforms and specifications. Maintain visual quality and accuracy across all outputs, even for repetitive or high-volume tasks. Support & Collaboration Support the Head of Design and other team members in delivering creative work on time and to the required standard. Assist in preparing presentation materials or mock-ups for internal reviews and client approvals. Work collaboratively with Media and Content teams to ensure all assets meet the campaign or platform requirements. Workflow & Efficiency Follow established creative processes and naming conventions to ensure file management consistency. Manage assigned tasks effectively to meet deadlines and turnaround standards. Review briefs carefully and clarify any uncertainties before starting a project. Learning & Development Proactively seek feedback and mentorship from senior designers to improve design quality and technical proficiency. Stay up to date with new design tools, techniques, and digital trends. Demonstrate growth in design confidence, attention to detail, and understanding of creative principles over time. Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. (Preferred) 02 years of Design experience (internship or agency exposure advantageous). Abilities / Skills Required: Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Understanding of layout, colour, typography, and composition. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely. Ability to work efficiently on repetitive or production-style design tasks. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to accept feedback constructively. Good organisational and time management skills
