Ensure agreed payment plans are adhered to, as far as possible
Ensure that internal collection targets are met
The age analysis should indicate deposits to understand exposure
Verify that accounts are up to date
Timeously and professionally resolve account queries
Reconcile accounts
Focus on good customer service and consider various options to recover debt i.e. an Agreement of Debt (AOD)
Ensure monies collected is receipted
Update Credit Control Manager and other relevant stakeholders on debtors who may pose a risk
Collaboratively decide on the necessary actions required to minimise or mitigate risk
 
Qualification:
Matric, and a relevant tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous
