Durban: Plant Accountant

Job Responsibilities: Factory Cost Analysis and budget Management Analysis of standard costs to actual Monitoring of Plant Expenses and investigating of variances Analyze all financial records and assist in the consolidation of the Financials Compilation and analysis of Daily Report Monitoring of manufacturing statistics and investigation where required Inventory Oversight monitor daily stock movement, assistance in cycle counts and yearend stock take Ensure effective internal controls and assistance with closing out Audit Findings Monitor Plant Operations against approved SOPs Assist with compiling Plant Budgets and Forecasts Perform various ad-hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements: B. Com (Man Accountant) / B-Tech in Management Accounts or equivalent 4 years experience in Finance Excel Proficient JDE added advantage.
