Chartered Accountant Global Financial Oversight

An exciting opportunity exists for a qualified CA(SA) to join a high-growth, internationally active SaaS company. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong IFRS knowledge, cross-border tax exposure, and a passion for strategic financial planning across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse consolidated financials across South Africa, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, SAICA, and regional GAAP standards
• Manage corporate tax compliance and develop international tax strategies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and multi-currency cash flow management
• Lead financial projects including system integrations and automation
• Collaborate with global teams, auditors, and tax advisors

Minimum Requirements:

• CA(SA) with 12 years post-articles experience in auditing, financial management, or taxation
• Strong IFRS and international compliance knowledge
• Exposure to multi-country tax regulations and transfer pricing
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
