Job Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst in Healthcare for our client based in South Africa.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years as a Business Analyst in Healthcare software implementation projects
- Certification in Business Analysis, Project Management and Change Management highly advantageous
- Demonstratable Blueprints (As-Is / To-Be) for several Healthcare system projects
- Ideally from a Clinical Healthcare background (Nursing, Doctor, Medical etc.)
- Project Management in delivering Healthcare solutions in Clinics / Hospitals etc.
- SME in EHR / EMR and related Healthcare solutions and Regulatory Standards
SCOPE OF WORK:
- Draft As-Is / To-Be Business Blueprints for a Healthcare system implementation
- Conduct the Software Acquisition Lifecycle, incl. Market Research, selecting a Vendor via RFP etc.
- Assist Project Managers with Project Resourcing and Vendor Management
- Assess the business impact of the Blueprint, incl. Roles, Procedures, Policies, Governance etc.
- Ensure Change Management for the required changes, incl. timeous Training and Comms
