• Matric and 1 -2 years administration experience within a recruitment agency environment, is essential
• Experience on Placement Partner is highly beneficial
• Individuals who live on the East Rand would be preferred

Duties

• Capture candidate information onto Placement Partner and prepare CVs for Consultants
• Daily updating of Placement Partner by uploading candidate documents
• Compile job adverts and post vacancies on Placement Partner 
• Conduct background checks for Consultant’s
• Assist Consultants with administration duties
• Manage small switchboard and assist callers
• Coordinate the ordering of stationery and general office supplies
• Oversee and resolve office automation issues
• Other adhoc duties given from time to time
