Job & Company Description:
As a Production Foreman, you’ll supervise departmental activities, manage staff, and optimize processes to maintain production targets. You’ll handle capacity planning, warehousing, and distribution while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Education:
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in Production or Operations Management
- Technical qualification (e.g., Trade)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing (trailer industry advantageous)
- Knowledge of company products and production processes
- Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, and time management
- Computer literacy (MS Office essential)
- Welding experience or knowledge (highly beneficial)
