A top PQS firm is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join their team of professionals in Montenegro.
Requirements
- BSc. in Quantity Surveying
- MRICS registration
- +15 years experience in hotels, resorts and mixed-use developments
- Prior working experience in Europe or South Africa
- Proficient in CostX and DimX
Benefits
- Salary: R1.2M/yr – R1.4M/yr, salary negotiable
