Hire Resolve’s client is a leading food production company in the Western Cape, seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee their daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing store in the absence of the Manager or alternating shifts with the Manager
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Establish or identify prices, goods, services admission, or optical price scanners
• Deal with customers’ complaints and provide information on policies and procedures
• Liaise with internal as well as external clients
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services, admission, or optical price scanners
• Cashier duties from time to time as well as daily Client service duties
• Stacking of fish products, stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products
• Deal with incoming stock and do filleting on fresh products

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Good process and product knowledge
• Ability to function independently and work under pressure
• Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Be Proactive and customer service-oriented
• Have to be compliant with a Pre-Placement Analysis
• Self-motivated
• Willing to work overtime
• Should be able to work in a team
