Johannesburg: E-commerce Operations Learner

Requirements: A Degree/National Diploma/Higher Certificate/NQF Level 5 in E-commerce, Online Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field South African citizen based in Johannesburg Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Google Workspace Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (advantageous) Interest in online retail operations and understanding of the commercial importance of e-commerce Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations Provide customer service support and assist with order tracking and follow-ups Learn and support foundational e-commerce processes, transitioning into more advanced responsibilities over time Support digital merchandising activities, including new product listings, listing enhancements, and ongoing maintenance Use e-store check tools and take action on identified improvement areas Collaborate with the online team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Contribute to the growth, efficiency, and overall performance of both e-commerce platforms
