Minimum Requirements BCom degree in Logistics, Marketing, or International Trade (advantageous) Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (written and spoken) Valid drivers license Strong communication and negotiation abilities Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Proficient in MS Office Key Responsibilities Coordinate with cold stores, transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines Manage export bookings and shipping documentation Perform Q67 checks and reconcile forecasts vs. available stock Issue loading notifications and monitor container ageing and steri-related issues Prepare and analyse temperature deviation reports Provide vessel status updates across all export markets Communicate packing specifications to packhouses according to client requirements Verify packing orders against pack-outs and reconcile stock from packhouses Prepare packing lists and invoices for freight forwarders Allocate stock to markets and issue packing plans Send invoices and documentation to clients Ensure timely receipt of shipping documents Update all quality specifications on internal systems
