About the Role
Our client, Telebest, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Cognos analytics. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a numerical or analytical field such as statistics, accounting, and computer science is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete data extracts accurately and provide the data files for base campaigns as per CRM briefs across: Dial campaigns, SMS campaigns, DN match campaigns.
- Support the CRM Brand Manager to UAT moving the outstanding email marketing campaigns.
- Provide Ad Hoc reporting as required.
- Support the A&I Manager focus on moving data into the warehouse and driving automation.
- Quarterly protocol reviews with BI and marketing.
- Review and QA the month end commission reporting and recon.
Requirements
- Data analysis, advanced Excel and Cognos analytics skills.
- 3 to 5 years in an analytical role such as Data analytics, BI and Consumer Insights.
