About the Role
A luxury boutique property collection based in De Waterkant is seeking an organised, proactive, and highly presentable Office Manager / PA to support the executive team and Heads of Departments. This is a multi-functional role requiring a confident professional who can manage front-of-house administration, provide personal assistant support to the owners, and oversee social media coordination, while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and callers
- Coordinate general office administration and ensure efficient daily operations
- Organise and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and manage supplier and vendor relationships
- Provide high-level PA support to the owners, including diary management, scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements
- Screen, prioritise, and manage emails, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the owners and HODs
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
- Assist with report preparation, presentations, and confidential documentation
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters with absolute discretion
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or Executive Assistant, preferably within hospitality, luxury, or boutique brands
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems
- Experience managing or coordinating social media platforms
