Key Responsibilities
- Implement machine learning solutions for energy efficiency and optimization
- Develop predictive models to analyze industrial operations
- Integrate computer vision techniques into automation systems
- Collaborate with data scientists to develop insights from large datasets
- Perform model validation and evaluation using metrics such as accuracy and precision
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Operations Research (BSc Eng, BEng, BTech, BSc)
- 3-5 years of relevant operational, data analysis, or research experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or mining environments
- Proficiency across Big Data platforms: Microsoft Azure, SQL Azure, Data Factories
- Knowledge of cloud computing: Azure
- Familiarity with computer vision techniques and deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, neural networks
Qualifications
- Completed tertiary qualification in a relevant field
Salary & Benefits
Up to R660,000 CTC per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
