About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly experienced Trackless Mining Maintenance Leader to join our dynamic underground operations team. As an Underground TMM Superintendent, you will lead a multi-skilled maintenance team and be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing preventive and corrective maintenance for various equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-skilled maintenance team of artisans, assistants, and planners.
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for LHDs, drill rigs, bolters, and utility vehicles.
- Drive reliability initiatives, reduce breakdowns, and optimize equipment availability.
- Ensure compliance with MHSA, DMR, and all statutory inspections.
- Collaborate with OEMs for technical support, warranty claims, and component management.
- Coach and develop your team while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and safety.
Requirements
- Experience: 8–12 years in total, with 5+ years hands-on underground TMM.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with OEMs such as Sandvik, Epiroc, GHH, Rham, Aard, Bell, Komatsu, Lion One, or GST.
- Maintenance Leadership: Skilled in CMMS, preventive maintenance planning, backlog control, and reliability programs.
- Legal & Safety Competence: Held a legal appointment (e.g., 2.9.2, Foreman, or Section Supervisor) and thorough understanding of MHSA risks and audits.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable using MTBF, MTTR, component-life tracking, and Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Location Flexibility: Willing to relocate and work underground regularly.
