Accommodation Camp Supervisor
Location: KSA
Sector: Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM)
Our client, a leading EPCM firm in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced and resourceful Accommodation Camp Supervisor to manage and oversee daily camp operations. This vital role ensures the safety, comfort, and well-being of camp residents and staff while maintaining the efficient running of all facilities and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the camp, including scheduling, resource allocation, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Supervise, mentor, and train camp staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensure the well-being of camp residents by addressing concerns, fostering engagement, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage the maintenance of camp facilities, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory and supplies, coordinating procurement as needed to meet camp requirements.
- Handle administrative duties, including reporting, incident documentation, and staff performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in camp management or a related supervisory role, ideally in an EPCM or remote environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards applicable to camp operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and staff.
- Familiarity with inventory and facility management processes.
