About the Role

Communicate Finance is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team in Western Cape. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing teams and various sites, ensuring health and safety, and troubleshooting PLC automation issues. With at least 5 years of experience in an Electrical and/or Instrumentation environment, we are looking for a talented individual who can thrive under pressure and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage teams and various sites
  • Provide timely feedback to project manager
  • Ensure health and safety
  • Organize and plan parts
  • Handle HR-related issues
  • Create time sheets
  • Troubleshoot PLC automation issues

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an Electrical and/or Instrumentation environment
  • Great leadership skills
  • Team lead or management experience
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Qualifications

  • Red seal trade test Electrician/ Ndip or BTech in Electrical Engineering
