About the Role
A leading construction company specializing in high-rise and commercial developments is seeking an experienced General Foreman to join their team. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all site activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and report directly to the Site Manager and senior leadership.
- Ensure workmanship meets the highest standards across all phases of construction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Foreman in large-scale commercial or high-rise projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams.
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Johannesburg-based, with flexibility to work across various project sites.
