About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fermentation Supervisor to join our team at AIM Personnel Services in Amanzimtoti, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fermentation plant, meeting productivity, efficiency, food safety, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute plant procedures to meet productivity, efficiency, food safety & quality targets.
  • Continuous monitoring of plant parameters, review analytical results and take corrective action.
  • Ability to do first line maintenance and work continuous shifts.

Requirements

  • BSc or MTech in Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology with 5 years experience in Fermentation plant operations.
  • 2 years Supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certification in Chemical Engineering/Biotechnology (BSc or MTech)
