About the Role
We’re seeking a full status real estate agent/property practitioner in Johannesburg to join our dynamic team at RS PROPERTIES. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional customer service and expertise in property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to achieve target sales goals
- Conduct property viewings and present properties to clients
- Negotiate purchase agreements and close deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
- Utilize MS Office suite for administrative tasks
Requirements
- EAAB and NQF 4 estate agency qualification certificate compulsory
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
Qualifications
- Matriculation
- Experience as a Real Estate Agent (added advantage)
