About the Role

A Law Firm with a strong history in South Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Foreclosure Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with foreclosures, from start to end, and a good understanding of the entire foreclosure process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage foreclosure cases from initiation to completion
  • Maintain accurate records and documents related to foreclosures
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Legal programmes advantageous
  • Extensive experience with Foreclosures
  • Good understanding of the foreclosure process from start to end
