About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Service Station Manager to join our team in Boksburg. As a Fuel Station Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the fuel station, managing staff, facilities, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your management skills and experience in the fuel industry to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fuel station
- Facilitate ordering and receiving of fuel
- Ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste
- Lead and manage a team of staff
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years recent management experience in retail or store management, with a focus on fuel industry
- Fluency in both Afrikaans and English (bilingualism is mandatory)
- Matric qualification
- Experience in fuel stock management and ordering is preferred
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Qualifications
- Recent management experience as a Fuel Station Manager or similar role
- Petroleum or Retail industry experience
Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: R 20,000 to R 35,000 per month (depending on fuel accounts management experience)
- Competitive work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 6am-6pm and every second Saturday from 6am-11am & Sunday from 6am-10am (off every second weekend)
