About the Role
BKB Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Auction Clerk to join our team. As the administrative backbone of our auction programs, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of client administration, auctions, and payment processes. If you have a passion for administrative tasks and are familiar with bookkeeping processes, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate administrative processes
- Receptionist duties
- Capturing and distribution of invoices and credit notes
- Reconciliation of auctions
- Ensure accurate record keeping of clients lists
- Responsible for auction programs
- Administer all amendments of auctions
- General administrative duties
Requirements
- Grade 12 with 3 years relevant experience
- Proven knowledge in livestock
- Excellent computer literacy in MS office applications
- Must be fully bilingual; must be fully conversant in Afrikaans and English
- Valid drivers license
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12
