About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-driven Order Fulfilment Controller to join a fast-paced Digital Commerce team. This role is all about keeping online orders on track, resolving issues quickly, and delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer, store & courier queries (calls, email, chat & WhatsApp)
- Proactively manage online orders and resolve delays
- Follow up with stores and courier partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Keep customers informed on order status and delivery updates
- Investigate and resolve service and order issues
- Identify trends and assist with process improvements
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant Diploma or Degree (advantage)
- Minimum 3 years experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce or customer support
- Experience in a multi-channel customer support environment
- Understanding of order fulfilment / deliveries (advantage)

Shift Pattern & Hours:
Monday to Sunday (rostered)
Shifts between 07h00 – 20h00
5 days on, 2 days off
Weekend & public holiday availability required
Transport provided home after late shifts
