About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Lead Solutions Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join our team of innovative developers in a leading manufacturing business. As a lead in our solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining platform/application solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand and interpret business needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain platform/application solutions
- Lead the solutions team in implementing and monitoring solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software systems
Requirements
• Extensive experience in implementing and monitoring solutions
• Strong understanding of Angular 6 through to 11 and Java 8 to 11
• Proficiency in JDBC, J2EE, Junit, AWS, OpenShift, Docker/Kubernetes, REST, Microservice Architecture, PostGres, Glassfish (Payara), Maven, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, CI/CD, Linux, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (if applicable)
- Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this position is R850 Per Hour, negotiable on experience and ability. This is a long-term contract position rotating between Midrand and Home office.
