About the Role
Staff Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team in the Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, facilitating onboarding processes, and ensuring a seamless integration of new employees into the company. They will also provide primary support to employees, manage performance reviews, and compile HR reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for new employees.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Prepare and administer employment contracts and all relevant documentation.
- Process terminations and internal transfers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and updated electronic employee files.
- Keep the employee staff list current.
- Administer Injury on Duty (IOD) processes and reporting.
- Coordinate the ordering and distribution of employee uniforms.
- Notify managers of required performance review intervals.
- Track all completed and outstanding performance reviews.
- Issue electronic employee satisfaction surveys and maintain feedback records.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- HR qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years’ experience in an HR role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
