About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a talented Financial Manager to join our team in Johannesburg South. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and ensuring the accuracy of our manufacturing finance processes. Your expertise in end-to-end manufacturing finance will enable you to drive cost optimisation and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Conduct costing, margin analysis and manufacturing variance analysis
- Develop budgets, forecasts and cash flow management plans
- Support audits and maintain strong financial controls
- Assist with process improvements and system efficiencies
- Translate financial insights into actionable recommendations for operational teams
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification (recently qualified or up to ~3 years PQE)
- Exposure to manufacturing / FMCG / industrial environments (advantageous)
- Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset
- Curious, proactive and eager to understand the business beyond finance
- Comfortable working onsite in Alberton
Qualifications
- CA(SA) qualification from a reputable institution
