About the Role
Our client, a well-established construction company in South Africa, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join their project team. The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance processes on large-scale EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects and ensure all work is delivered to the highest technical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enforce project-specific Quality Control procedures and plans
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Oversee testing processes and evaluate results for materials, structures, earthworks, and renewable energy components
- Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive action measures
- Maintain detailed QC documentation, reports, and records for client and internal requirements
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or quality management
- Minimum 8 years experience, with renewable energy project experience essential
- Background working on EPC projects is mandatory
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and digital QA/QC platforms
- Valid Drivers License

- Relevant degree in a related field (civil engineering, construction management, or quality management)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R500K – R540K CTC per annum
