About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our sales coordination service, you will provide efficient administrative support to Production, Sales, and directly to our clients. Your expertise in managing orders, quotes, and customer relationships is essential to ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to all Quotation Requests (RFQs) within 24 hours of receipt
  • Confirm Orders, contracts, and delivery dates with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process customer complaints and progress on resolution with the manager and relevant sales personnel
  • Raise requests for payments for allocated accounts when necessary
  • Expedite outstanding client payments every 2 days
  • Obtain import permits from customers as needed
  • Record invoices and proof of delivery documents in our electronic document management system

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • 5 years of sales administration experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Completed Grade 12 degree
