About the Role
At HYRAX, we’re a fast-paced, creative, and aggressive performance marketing agency focused on driving results through paid media. With offices in London and South Africa, we build campaigns that convert, combining intuition, data, and raw grit. We’re looking for someone hungry to join us at the starting line and grow into a full-fledged Media Buyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior media buyers with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
- Learn testing frameworks and how to analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, EPC, ROAS)
- Help create ad copy, video scripts, and landing page briefs
- Assist in creative tracking and version control
- Document and organize test results, learning’s, and reporting insights
- Participate in internal brainstorms and creative strategy sessions
- Help QA campaign launches for tracking, congruence, and accuracy
