About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, professional couple to join our lodge team in the roles of Front of House and Field Guide. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced couple passionate about luxury hospitality and safari operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Guest orientation and hosting
- Room checks and general lodge presentation
- Assisting across all lodge departments as required
- Reception and administrative duties
- Assisting with deliveries and stocktaking
- Supporting and communicating with other departments
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Front of House role
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury safari lodge environment
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional service to discerning, high-end guests
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Field Guide in a luxury safari lodge
- FGASA Level 2 DEAT Registration
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid PDP License
- Clear criminal record
- All legal requirements in place
