About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. As a key member of our production management team, you will be responsible for managing production planning, personnel, stock control, raw materials, and daily production operations. If you have a strong background in manufacturing and excellent leadership skills, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage production planning and daily operations
- Supervise personnel and ensure proper workflow management
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory levels
- Monitor raw material usage and ordering processes
- Ensure adherence to hygiene and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
- Diploma or Degree in Production Management preferred
- Previous exposure to synchronized manufacturing operations is an advantage
- Knowledge of throughput calculations and line balancing is a plus
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and standby shifts required
