About the Role

The Channel Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the recruitment, development, and management of a network of resellers within South Africa. With a focus on accelerating sales growth, promoting complete solutions, and further penetrating customer accounts and targeted markets, this role requires strong relationships and a well-established network within the Channel Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and execute key accounts plans with Channel Partners in territory, focusing on accelerating sales growth
Promote complete solutions to Partners and Customers, and manage channel conflict through early detection of potential unsettlement
Effectively present the Digital Power Value Proposition and Products to Partners and Customers
Regularly & Accurate forecasting
Deployment, Management and Measurement of the Channel Plan and Goals with each managed partner Certifications, Goals, Market development Activities, Lead Generation, Quarterly Business Reviews etc.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years experience in the Commercial sector in Digital Power
Large scale C&I experience 1MW or above
Sufficient exposure in end User development
Fair understanding of PPA
Good EPC and End User customer base

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma, renewable energy or related qualification will be an advantage
