About the Role
The Admin Officer will play a vital role in supporting administration duties for two businesses, with a focus on providing exceptional support to students and staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Placement and allocation of rooms for students on the property.
- Administering students’ contracts of stay, ensuring they are explained, understood, and signed by the students.
- Induction of students to the property.
- Maintenance of the asset register.
- Facilitating maintenance issues.
- Facilitating students’ disciplinary hearings.
- Liaising with relevant sponsors regarding student funding.
- Ordering materials for the ice.
- Process orders for ice delivery.
- Drawing up the ice delivery schedule.
- Conducting stock control.
- Biweekly visits to customers.
Requirements
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated in the YES programme before.
- Matric.
- Administrative skills.
- Hospitality experience.
- Film Production or TV, or media studies related field.
