About the Role
Our client, a leading importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages in Bahrain, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for actively searching for new clients, servicing current clients, and promoting the company’s brands to all clients to ensure continued market share growth.

Requirements
- Formal qualification in Hospitality (optional)
- At least 3 years of senior experience in the liquor trade, preferably in Hotels, retail, events, or online sales
- Good working knowledge of IT systems such as Fidelio, Opera, and Micros
- Excellent beverage product knowledge
- In-depth understanding of customer needs, market segments, and cultural nuances (prior experience in a GCC country is an advantage)
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Good background in the Sales process and Public Relations

Salary & Benefits
Package salary: US$3,200 net per month. Accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, life insurance, and an annual ticket home are also provided. A generous sales commission structure is in place, with the potential to achieve up to one full month’s salary per quarter if targets are met.
