About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts / Admin Assistant to join our team at MPRTC Recruitment in Mpumalanga. As an Accounts / Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and performing daily accounting and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting and administrative duties
  • Capture and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaise with suppliers, staff, and management as needed
  • Provide general office and reception support

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) essential
  • Basic knowledge of accounting functions (invoicing, reconciliations, petty cash, etc.)
  • Computer literate (MS Office; Excel proficiency essential)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Matric (Grade 12)
