About the Role

Eastern Personnel Consultants CC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Spare Parts Specialist to join our team in South Africa. As a permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying solutions to fit customers’ needs, generating sales, and renewals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in understanding our products and services over the counter, online, or through any other platform.
Generate sales and renewals by identifying opportunities and building relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet and exceed branch targets to achieve sales goals.
Maintain a stable work record and supply contact information for reference checks.

Requirements

Must be a South African citizen with a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt).
Energetic salesperson with Automotive Spare Parts Sales experience.
Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
Customer service skills.
Stable work record.

Salary & Benefits
