About the Role

Eastern Personnel Consultants CC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Spare Parts Specialist to join our team in South Africa. As a permanent, full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying solutions to fit customers’ needs, generating sales, and renewals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in understanding our products and services over the counter, online, or through any other platform.
  • Generate sales and renewals by identifying opportunities and building relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Meet and exceed branch targets to achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain a stable work record and supply contact information for reference checks.

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen with a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt).
  • Energetic salesperson with Automotive Spare Parts Sales experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Stable work record.

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

R 9500 – R 10500 basic salary, with commission-based incentives on branch targets. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including a provident fund and an Annual December bonus.
