About the Role
Join PRR Recruitment Services as a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to match top talent with top opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, sourcing top candidates, developing new business, and driving successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- New Business Development identifying and securing new clients
- Posting job adverts on relevant platforms
- Typing and formatting CVs for client submission
- Coordinating interviews and providing feedback
- Keeping candidate and client records accurate and up to date
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process
Requirements
- At least 12 years recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
- Strong new business development or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working with both clients and candidates
- Strong attention to detail with good admin skills (CVs, job ads, etc.)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to multitask
- Computer literate and comfortable using recruitment platforms
