About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your excellent communication skills, discretion, and confidentiality will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Boardroom bookings
- Make travel arrangements
- Take minutes of meetings
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain the office filing system
- General administration support
Requirements
- Matric with a Diploma/Certificate considered an advantage
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office proficient
- English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
