About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer relations, managing and implementing follow-up on customer claims and complaints, as well as protecting revenue and ensuring profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve customer relations through regular interactions and feedback on their queries
- Manage and implement follow-up of measures related to customer claims and complaints
- Coordinate, prepare, and negotiate all offers and contracts
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize service contracts with customers
- Protect the revenue of the depot thereby ensuring profitability
- Identify contractual risks and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies related to contracts
- Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to propose attractive contract terms
- Track contract sales pipeline and performance metrics
Requirements
- Matric
- Valid Driver’s License
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (highly advantageous)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
