About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Manager to oversee and manage daily farming operations in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality of agricultural outputs. With at least 5 years of experience in Mixed Farming and strong mechanical knowledge and working background, we invite qualified candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily and weekly work schedules, including planting, irrigation, harvesting, animal feeding and infrastructure maintenance.
- Manage and oversee daily farming operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure quality of agricultural outputs through proper planning and implementation of farming strategies.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, vehicles, and other machinery to minimize downtime and optimize farm performance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Mixed Farming
- Strong mechanical knowledge and working background
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities
Qualifications
- Completed relevant formal education or certification program (if applicable)
