About the Role
Cwenga Direct Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and driving sales through engagement with customers and sharing product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
