? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is assisting a well-established luxury lodge in Namibia to recruit an experienced, hands-on ????? ??????? The Lodge Manager will be fully responsible for the effective management of the lodge, ensuring smooth operations across all departments. This role requires a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, team development, and environmental sustainability. The successful candidate will drive service excellence, maintain high operational standards, and ensure the lodge operates efficiently within budget. Key responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all lodge operations to ensure efficiency and consistency Lead; mentor, train, and motivate staff across all departments Ensure the lodge operates within approved budgets and cost controls Maintain exceptional guest service standards and a strong hosting presence Coordinate daily staffing, scheduling, and operational planning Manage administrative duties, reporting, and month-end reports Ensure accurate use and management of POS systems Resolve guest and staff issues professionally and efficiently Uphold health, safety, and operational standards at all times Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience in Lodge Management Grade 12 essential with a Qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field is advantageous Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and minimize losses Passion for hospitality, hosting, and the natural environment Ability to work under pressure in a remote lodge environment Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Fully fluent in English (additional languages advantageous) Valid Drivers Licence Fully literate with strong administrative capability, knowledge of lodges PMS & Innkeeper systems highly advantages Remuneration & benefits N$ R25K R30K depending on experience Medical aid & Pension Fund contribution PLEASE NOTE Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who meet our clients specific requirements.
