About the Role

Telebest, a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an experienced HR Manager and Talent Retention Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the organization’s human resources strategy and ensuring compliance with labor legislations. With a strong background in human resources management, this individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective HR processes, managing employee relations, and driving talent retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall HR administration functions, including personnel and departmental tasks
  • Develop and implement staff retention strategies to ensure high employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Conduct exit interviews with resigning or retiring employees to inform future HR recruitment strategies
