About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Assistant Manager to join our team in Cape Town. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our training programs, delivering Preprocess and Process Trainings to employees, and evaluating feedback to improve the effectiveness of our trainings. You will also provide coaching and mentoring support to Operations trainers, manage and report on training progress, and design and develop specialized training modules after need assessments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team and deliver Preprocess and Process Trainings to all employees
- Evaluate training feedback and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coach and mentor Operations trainers
- Manage and report on training progress
- Design and develop pre-process, Onboarding, and/or specialized training modules
Requirements
- Graduate (in any stream) or diploma
- Total work experience of a minimum of 5-6 years
- 3 years of relevant work experience in conducting training and developing training curriculum
- Minimum 1 year in the current role/assignment
- Experience in SETA functions
- Skills development Facilitator (SDF) experience
Qualifications
- Graduate or diploma from a recognized institution
