About the Role
Manpower Group is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our law firm’s financial processes. If you have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new investments in accordance with S86(4) of the Legal Practice Act
- Issue guarantees, manage add-ons, withdrawals, and closures
- Capture advocate and correspondent invoices
- Process business and trust EFTs
- Monthly fee earner billing and invoicing
- Monthly reconciliations and trust balance clean-up
- Respond to ad hoc queries from secretaries and directors
- Prepare files for annual audits
- Provide cover for colleagues during leave periods
Requirements

- Full working knowledge of MS Office packages
