About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a Junior Financial Manager to join our team in the Western Cape. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing full financial management and reporting functions, including monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. You will also oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization, as well as preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and systems
- Provide strong financial reporting and technical accounting expertise
- Collaborate with the business to make operational and commercial decisions
- Liaise with external auditors and oversee audits
- Assist in mentoring junior finance staff
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 2–5 years post-articles experience
- Strong financial reporting and technical accounting skills
- Solid Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and partner with the business
- Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
