About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debt Counselor Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a female professional with proficiency in Afrikaans and English, you will play a crucial role in supporting our debt counseling services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct initial assessments and create personalized debt management plans
  • Coordinate with creditors and debtors to resolve outstanding debts
  • Monitor progress and update clients on their repayment status

Requirements

  • Strong Administrative Skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Experience in Debt Counselling (Debt Review)
  • Valid Drivers License and own dependable transport.
