Guest Liaison / Concierge Relief Luxury Boutique Hotel, Cape Town Kendrick Recruitment is excited to recruit a polished and service-driven Guest Liaison for a prestigious luxury boutique hotel in Cape Town. Whats on offer: * Salary: R16,500 gross per month * Medical Aid: 50% contribution (main member only, Discovery Health Key Care plan) * Pension: 6% contribution, both ways (Momentum) * Gratuity: Paid monthly in arrears * Shift Work: Early (06:3015:30) / Late (14:0023:00) / Night (22:0007:00) The Role: As Guest Liaison / Concierge Relief, youll be at the heart of the guest experiencedelivering seamless, personalised service from pre-arrival to departure. Youll manage guest interactions, coordinate internal departments, curate tailored itineraries, and provide informed recommendations across Cape Towns restaurants, cultural highlights, activities, and more. Every detail counts, from guest profiles to bespoke touches, ensuring each stay is truly extraordinary.
